Account & Subscription
Account management and subscription updates
Use your account to access the panel and your subscription to get configurations in the client. Know which one to use before troubleshooting device transfers or updates.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, and keep them safe—you’ll need the same account to view orders, access your subscription and submit support tickets. Use a unique password that you don’t reuse on other sites. After creating your account, make sure you can sign in to the user panel before downloading a client for your device. Your username, account password and subscription link are separate credentials: use your account details to sign in, and import the subscription as instructed in the panel. Don’t enter your password in the subscription URL field.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I refresh the server list?
Sign in to the user panel and find your subscription details in the account overview. Use the copy or import option shown on the page. To update an existing configuration, open subscription management in your client, select the VPNZG configuration and run the update, then check the server list. If the update fails, first make sure you can access the user panel on your current network. Then check that you copied the full URL without adding spaces at either end. Avoid adding the same subscription repeatedly, as this can clutter your configurations. Keep the configuration you’re using, verify the update, and then remove any duplicates.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch computers or devices?
There’s no limit on simultaneous devices, so switching devices alone doesn’t mean you need to buy another plan. VPNZG supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the same user panel on your new device, follow the platform instructions to get a client, and import your subscription. Make sure each device has a valid configuration and an available route selected. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your account’s data usage. Once you’ve moved over, you can delete the saved subscription configuration from any old device you no longer use to reduce the chance of credentials being left on an idle device.
Can I share my subscription link so someone can help troubleshoot it?
Your subscription link contains access credentials. Treat it as sensitive information and never post it in group chats, public forums or screenshots. When asking for help, you can share the client name, device operating system, error message and steps you’ve already tried, but hide the full link and your account password. If you think your link has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a reset option. If it does, follow the instructions and update the configurations on your devices. If you can’t find a reset option, describe the issue in a support ticket from your account so the support team can advise you. Don’t guess at or change the link parameters yourself.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Connection status and app troubleshooting
Check each step in turn: your local network, subscription configuration, system-level traffic handling and the target app. Change one thing at a time, and keep the conditions that reproduce the issue.
The client says it’s connected, but webpages won’t load. What should I check first?
Disconnect the client and confirm that your local network can reach the websites you normally use. Then reconnect and test the site you’re trying to access. A connected status usually means the client completed its connection process; it doesn’t confirm that every part of the connection is working. Next, check that your subscription is up to date, your account has data available and the right configuration is selected. Try another route. If other sites work but the target site doesn’t, note its domain and any error message. If no sites work, check your system proxy settings and network permissions, and see whether other networking tools are running at the same time.
Why does my browser work, but a particular app doesn’t use the proxy?
Apps can handle network traffic in different ways. Some follow the system proxy, while others may use a separate connection. Split-routing rules may also send an app’s requests over your local network. First, check the client’s current mode and which rules are being matched. Then make sure your system allows the client to establish the required network connection. If the client offers app-specific routing or another traffic-capture option, follow its instructions rather than copying settings from a different platform. After making changes, fully quit and reopen the app to test it. Switching routes changes the exit point, but may not help if the app’s traffic isn’t going through the proxy in the first place.
Subscription update failed, or no routes appear after import. What should I do?
Go back to the user panel and copy the subscription details again. Check that your client supports the import method you’re using, and make sure you haven’t copied any surrounding instructions along with the link. An update failure and a connection failure happen at different stages: for an update failure, check subscription retrieval and configuration parsing first; for a connection failure, check the route selection. If the client still has an older configuration, don’t delete it yet—you may need it for comparison. Save the original error message and note whether the issue occurred while copying, importing or updating. When you submit a support ticket, describe these steps. There’s no need to share the full subscription link or try conversion tools on unfamiliar websites.
My connection drops frequently. What can I check before submitting a support ticket?
First, check whether the drops coincide with switching networks, your device going to sleep or the app moving to the background. Then review your system’s background activity and battery-saving settings. Close other tools that may be handling network traffic, update your subscription and compare different routes. Keep other conditions the same as much as possible so you can identify the cause; changing several settings at once makes that harder. If the issue continues, include your device platform, client name, network environment, route region, error message and steps you’ve tried in your ticket. You can attach a screenshot with sensitive information obscured to help the support team pinpoint the problem.
An error message is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Before sharing a screenshot, hide your account password, full subscription link and any personal information unrelated to troubleshooting.
Speed & Routes
Peak-hour troubleshooting and route selection
Your region, route and destination service all affect performance. Choose routes based on what you need, then compare them under the same network conditions. Route labels don’t guarantee results.
Videos buffer or webpages slow down during peak hours. How should I switch routes?
First, work out whether your local network is congested or a particular exit is slow to reach the service. Pause downloads and cloud syncing on your devices, keep the same network and content, then compare different routes. You can start with a nearby region and then compare other route types available in the client. Don’t judge performance by geographic distance alone. If only one video platform is buffering, check its service status and video quality settings too. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, cross-border routing and the destination service. After switching, judge the result by how quickly content loads and how smoothly it keeps playing.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
These terms describe how a connection route is set up; they aren’t a speed ranking for every use case. Start by identifying the region of the service you want to access, then compare the routes available in your client during normal use. For long sessions, video calls or continuous playback, pay attention to connection stability. For webpages and short requests, check loading and response times. Route configurations depend on the client, so don’t infer bandwidth or third-party service compatibility from a label alone. If a route doesn’t work well on your current network, keep your original settings and compare another route. That’s easier to troubleshoot than repeatedly changing system settings.
Which regions are covered, and will choosing a region guarantee access to a service?
VPNZG covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes. Check your client for the currently available regions and route names. Choosing an exit region can meet your routing needs, but it can’t override a third-party platform’s rules on account region, payment methods, content rights or eligibility. If a service isn’t available, read the platform’s message, confirm which regions it supports, and test the corresponding exit. A region name doesn’t guarantee that a particular streaming service or AI tool will always work. Your account eligibility and the service’s own rules also matter.
How can I avoid switching routes repeatedly when using AI tools or streaming?
Check which regions the platform supports, then choose a route in an eligible region that works well for you. Once it’s working, try to keep the same exit region throughout your session. Switching regions frequently may prompt the platform to recheck your sign-in and make problems harder to troubleshoot. For streaming, consider the content’s region, your account benefits and playback quality. For AI tools, check that sign-in, request submission and ongoing responses all work properly. If an error concerns account eligibility or content permissions, follow the platform’s rules. A network route can’t replace third-party account authorization or provide the benefits of a platform subscription.
Billing & Refunds
Plan billing and refund requests
Check the billing method first, then review the order status. Monthly plans and data packages have different usage rules. Use the panel records to confirm plan changes and resolve payment issues.
How much do monthly plans and data packages cost, and which should I choose?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data packages are valid until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly and prefer a monthly allowance, compare the monthly plans. If your usage is irregular and you’d rather pay by data consumed, consider a data package. Choose based on how you plan to use the service: video quality, file transfers and multiple devices all affect data usage. Check the plan details in the panel before choosing. Data allowances don’t guarantee speed or provide benefits from third-party services.
When does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the day you activated the plan. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the plan status and reset schedule shown in the panel; resets don’t all happen at the start of the calendar month. Before upgrading, confirm the selected plan and the change details in the panel. If anything looks different from what you expected, keep your order information and check with support before taking further action. Don’t submit another order to try to fix it. Data packages work differently: they remain valid until used and never expire, unlike monthly plan data.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my order status doesn’t change after payment?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Pay through the order section of the user panel and follow the on-screen instructions. If the order status doesn’t change after payment, return to your order list to confirm you selected the right order and check the payment provider’s result. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t refreshed. If the status doesn’t match, submit a support ticket from your account with the order number, selected plan and a screenshot of the payment result. Hide any personal information that isn’t needed to verify the payment. Don’t use your account password or subscription link as proof of payment. Follow the payment instructions and order status shown in the panel, and confirm discrepancies through a support ticket.
How long do I have to request a refund, and where do I submit one?
VPNZG offers a 14-day refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket section and explain your request. Include your order number and plan details so the team can check them. You can review the refund policy first to understand its scope and application process; you don’t need to keep changing your client settings to request a refund. If there’s also an issue with your payment status, mention it in the same ticket. Check replies and provide any requested details there. The ticket confirmation is the source of truth for progress and the refund outcome; this help page doesn’t promise a separate processing time.
