Connection Experience

Common Cross-Border Access Scenarios

Route selection, device switching, and data usage should all be easy to understand. Learn how the service works, then choose a plan that fits your browsing habits.

Peak Hours Route Selection

For evening video streaming and remote meetings, a consistent connection often matters more than how quickly it connects at first. VPNZG offers international routes. When choosing one, consider the destination region and route type in your client, then compare your actual experience. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes take different paths, and the best fit can vary by local network. Try your everyday apps during your usual busy hours and check page load times, playback buffering, and session continuity before settling on a route. Your experience depends on your local network, carrier routing, and the destination service, so a region name alone is not enough to judge performance.

Accessing AI Tools

When using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Midjourney, first check which regions the service supports, then choose the corresponding exit region. Long conversations, file uploads, and image-generation tasks benefit from a stable connection, so avoid switching regions mid-task. Network access is only one factor: account status, regional policies, and each tool's subscription rules can also affect availability. If a page loads but a feature does not work, check the tool's message first, then inspect your client connection. VPNZG provides network connectivity and cannot guarantee that third-party accounts or features will always be available.

Military-Grade Encryption

Cross-border access involves more than loading a webpage; data in transit also needs careful protection. VPNZG uses military-grade encryption to create a secure connection through the client, helping protect data in transit for everyday work, research, and public Wi-Fi use. Encrypted connections and account security serve different purposes. Secure connections on websites, up-to-date device software, and careful handling of account details matter too. Download clients and retrieve subscriptions through the user panel. Avoid sharing subscription details in public groups or on unfamiliar websites. If a connection fails, check the configuration before importing files from unknown sources.

Connect Multiple Devices

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are all supported, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Keep a mobile device connected while looking things up on your computer, without repeatedly disconnecting one device to switch screens. Installation and import steps vary by operating system, but subscriptions are available from the user panel for setup on each device. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices connected at once; keep your plan's data allowance in mind. When household devices stream video or download large files together, they draw from the same plan, so consider your usual usage before choosing a tier.

Streaming

When streaming, consider the exit region, platform account, and catalog rules together. VPNZG's international routes can be used for cross-border access. After choosing a route, check the region shown in the streaming app and whether playback works. Different routes in the same region may produce different results; regional coverage does not guarantee access to a particular catalog. If a page loads but playback fails, check your account access first, then reopen the app or page. If the issue persists, try another suitable route. Keep the exit region consistent during a viewing session, and monitor your local Wi-Fi and remaining plan data.

14-Day Refund Policy

VPNZG offers a 14-day refund policy, making the refund terms clear when you choose a plan. To see whether the service suits you, test it with your everyday needs: check whether your devices are easy to set up, pages load consistently during work hours, and your usual content plays under the platform's policies. Don't judge it by whether a single webpage loads once; check the scenarios you actually rely on. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and contact support via a ticket, including the relevant order details. See the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. Clear details about your experience can also help support verify the order and handle your request.

Popular regions and how to choose a route

Coverage spans 120+ countries and 250+ routes. The regions below are examples; check the client for specific cities, route types, and availability.

Choose a route based on the region of the service you want to access, not just geographic distance. For work apps, compare everyday file uploads and meeting connections. For AI tools, check supported regions; for video services, consider account and catalog policies. Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore are useful starting points for comparison. If you need a particular exit region, check whether the United States, Italy, or the Netherlands suits your use case. Region names are just a guide and cannot replace testing the connection in the app itself.

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe different routing arrangements, not a universal ranking of network performance. After switching routes, repeat the same action in the same app. Changing regions and devices at the same time makes it harder to identify the cause of an issue. If every route shows a similar problem, check your local network and whether the subscription is up to date. If only one service is affected, use its notices to guide further troubleshooting.

Route Status Reference

These status indicators are not speed-test results for your device. Actual connection performance depends on the client and destination app.

If a connection fails, note the message shown in the app before trying another route. Checking settings one at a time makes it easier to find the cause than changing several at once.

Client Access

How to Connect Your Devices

Get the client and subscription through the user panel. Sign in to retrieve your subscription, then import it into the client for your operating system.

No email address required; create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, find the client for your device's operating system. Sign in to download non-iOS clients; the panel will show the applicable steps for iOS. After installation, return to the panel to retrieve your subscription and follow the instructions to import it. A subscription provides route settings for the client; it is not a regular webpage to open in a browser and should not be shared as a public link.

After importing, update the configuration, choose a route, and connect. When the client shows Connected, open an international website or app you use regularly and check the result. If only one app isn't working, you don't need to reinstall everything right away. First check the app's account, region, and network messages. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Guides page for your platform.

Monthly Plans and Data Packages

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Consider how often you use the service before choosing a data tier; the number of devices isn't a limit on your choice.

Data package: use until depleted, never expires

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

If your usage varies, compare data packages with monthly plans. Data packages last until depleted and never expire, making them useful when you want to use data as needed. Monthly plans make it easier to choose a tier based on your regular monthly habits. The difference is in billing and how data is allocated, so don't compare data amounts alone; consider how often you use the service.

When choosing a monthly plan, consider how much you use text-based apps versus video and large-file services. Browsing and long video sessions typically use different amounts of data. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn't mean each device has a separate data allowance. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days, and data resets monthly on your activation date. Check the user panel for order details and instructions before confirming.

VPNZG supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 14-day refund policy. When comparing services, look beyond price: consider supported devices, how to retrieve a subscription, route options, and how clearly the refund terms are explained. The use cases listed for each plan are guidance, not a guarantee of usage duration or third-party app performance. If you're unsure, read the full plan details and compare them with your needs.

Using the Service

Network Basics and Getting Started Guides

Follow a setup guide when you're ready to connect, and use comparison guides when weighing your options. For a specific use case, find the relevant region, client, and route information.

When setting things up for the first time, it helps to distinguish your account, plan, subscription, and client. Your account lets you sign in to the panel; your plan determines billing and data; your subscription provides route settings to the client; and the client establishes the connection on your device. These parts work together, but they aren't the same thing. If something goes wrong, identify which step has the issue and check the relevant instructions. That's usually more helpful than redoing every setting from scratch.

If you're already connected, focus on how your everyday apps actually perform: whether the region is suitable, sessions stay connected, and settings are consistent across devices. Choose a service based on these everyday needs. For a closer comparison of route types, billing, and device sharing, read the service selection guide. If you're troubleshooting a connection, browse the relevant category in the help center.
